Welz "Tadpole Pulls" small vase - red on yellow

This is a small vase in bright "Tango" colors. It stands 4 1/4" (10.7 cm) tall. It has a red glass foot and pulls that smooth into the clear external casing. The Cadmium Yellow body glows with an orange blush under UV light. The underside of the foot bears an acid-stamped "Made in Czechoslovakia" mark that, more and more, seems to be becoming an indicator of Welz production.
