This is an amber vase with a 'panelled' look due to its interior shape......the exterior is circular. It is decorated with gilding, white enamelling and turquoise prunts.
This vase was made in two parts and the foot has, I think, been cut to shape and chamfered, to form the feet.
Though not unfamiliar with dots as decoration, these are the tiniest I've ever seen!
Height 20 cm./8 inches
Looks like a goblet.I can imagine it sitting on a king's table.
