I found this beautiful picture of a flower, it is a very old looking picture, and curious if anyone knows the year/artist for this picture and any history or background to go with it would be amazing. Thank you so much!

It is a litho print of a watercolor of PJ Redoute. Pierre-Joseph Redouté (1759 –1840), was a painter and botanist from the Southern Netherlands, known for his watercolors of roses, lilies and other flowers. This lithograph print was probably issued in the 1930s or 1940s by the company IB Fisher Co from New York (IBF Co). They printed lithographs from 1930s until 1950s.
