      The diamond/oval/I mark on the bottom of the bottle tells us that the bottle was manufactured by the Owens-Illinois Glass Co. The #3 to the left of the mark tells us that the bottle was made at the Fairmont, WV plant. The #3 mark to the right would indicate the year it was made, that being 1933. If there is a dot next to the 3 then the year would be 1943. I can't tell if there is a dot from the picture.
      The bottle obviously held liquor of some kind from the Continental Distilling Co of Philadelphia, Penn.
