Help! Can any identify the stamp under the brass or know who made these? I think the statues were used when making the lamp.

I am trying to find the makers of the victorian figurines that are set in a brass base lamp. After I unearthed all of the grime on the figurines I noticed a signatue on each that reads “Louis” in addition to a half hidden stamp that appears to be a crown over a shield? I cant find a darn thing even after going cross eyed looking through pages of company stamps. Any help would be much appreciated!!
