unopened deck of MODERN WOODMEN OF AMERICA playing cards

This deck of cards came to me in the later 1980's or so, from a friend who happened to also be an Executive VP (or somesuch) at Modern Woodmen (Insurance Co.) then. The pictured building is Modern Woodmen's home office building located on the Mississippi River waterfront in Rock Island, IL -- at the time the apartment building I lived in myself was only a few blocks away from it.

I can't imagine the building isn't still there today, but George has probably long retired by now. His office was located on one of the upper floors but on the other side of the building than seen here, with the river view. ;-) :-)

As seen, the pack of cards is still in its original plastic wrap.
