Another find from today. I am wondering if this could be Scandinavian Glass too. It is a heavy piece and beautifully made. I would love to know the maker. Thanks.

I don't think Scandinavian, they rarely did this style with the hot worked rim points, and they weren't big on orange either.
It may be Italian or possibly Japanese.
