1913 type 2 Mills army web belt

This is a very early 1913 type 2 Mills army web belt. This is the predecessor to all the US military web belts which were used through the Vietnam war. In near mint condition like this one the type 2 belts are never seen. Type 1 belts were missing part of the center row of eyelets and type 3 and later examples had a snap on the left side. The Mills stamp on the webbing is light but very readable Mills 1913.
