Happy Halloween! Highly unusual, 1960s environmental consciousness for the youngsters in their (or their parent's) choice for a Halloween Costume... This vintage 1960s (Don't be a) LITTERBUG Collegeville Halloween Costume is hard to find. Fits the spirit of the era in a unique way. Personally, I don't recall seeing this before but glad to add this to the collection when the opportunity arose.
