Tool for dressing a grinding wheel. Common in any workshop.

It should be said that this wheel dresser is just about worn out... The toothed wheels, when new resemble a star, which is why it's called a star wheel dresser. Or a Huntingdon wheel dresser. Take your pick.
So .. I have one and been trying to figure out what it is . any idea of the age or value if any? thanks
Luckeyturtle - how can anyone tell the age of something without seeing it? And, if we could see it we might be able to give you an estimate of the age, but we risk expulsion if we give you an estimate of the value. I hope you understand.
