Published in 1947,this is a first edition, 128 pp, 140 gravure reproductions.
Much of the book is shot in a style -not exactly formalist, but in a mode where the important factor was to get a picture in any way!

This book , a fine copy, has been in my collection for years.
18K starved to death that winter !
