Its 27"W 24"H hard plastic frame with a mirror interior. Its in great condition with just a little bit of water stain on the back. I have never seen one like it before and was wondering if someone new how rare it is and if it has any real value

I have one just like it. If you read the history of Miller clear beer you'll see that it was only tested in 3-4 places. It failed before the nationwide launch. I'm North of Austin Tx which was one of the places it was tested. I found it in a dive bar in a small town just outside Austin city limits still hanging on the wall where it had been since the day it was hung. I talked the owner of the bar into letting me buy it on the spot for $200. Knowing that there couldn't have been very many made I think I got a bargin. I have periodically looked all over the internet for more info on what it is worth and still haven't found anything. I've even emailed Miller brewing company to see if they had recodrs of how many were produced and they had no clue and weren't very helpful. I'm no sign or memoribillia collector so I really couldn't accurately value it but I want to believe that it is worth 2 to 3 times what I paid for it. It's not old or really that attractive but it is a rare and unique piece of beer history and of a fad that never caught on. Hopefully someone out there can help solve this one.
