Rubina Verde- Cranberry and Lime Coloured Glass JIP Vase

When I first saw this JIP vase, I thought that it looked a lot like a Victorian Vaseline Glass bowl that I had uploaded here at CW a few months ago but it's completely different. First of all, it does not fluoresce and the cranberry colour is not as intense as my bowl. However, the crimping around the rim is very similar to the footed bowl but not well defined. It measures 9" tall, 5 1/4" across with a 10-panel base that swirls tightly into the rim. The cranberry is intense near the top and almost disappears near the base. It has a recessed under-base with a very rough pontil. I have uploaded it to a British glass designation but I am not sure. Any ideas?...
