    Another estate sale pickup. It's a raised map of Taiwan Province of China and I'm guessing either held financial or sentimental value to the previous owner. Is it a rare piece? What exactly is this?

      I believe it'a called a 'Topographic' map. to show elevations. I wouldn't know how rare it is though.
