    This starburst filigree brooch with pink & clear stones is by Scitarelli (aka M. & S. Mfg of Providence RI), a popular design they made in different stone colors. On this pink one the gold filigree is still bright & clean looking, considering it was made in the 1950s. Alternate pendant loop
