    I found this 12 1/2. Charger plate at our local estate sale this morning, I was drawn to it because of the unusual figures on it. I ve not seen another like this before and am hoping someone here can help me out with any info on this item.There are impressed ma
    rks on the back and a painted signature on the front as well .
