I just picked this up at an estate sale and thought it was worth a chance at 2 dollars. There are no makers marks and they didn't know who might have made it but I love the design and coloring. I could also use any advice on how to safely clean it. Some will come off with warm water but I want to be careful with design area. Some of it is really dirty. Thanks for any help.
