I found this little vase at the thrift store today. To me, it looks pretty old, but maybe it was just made to look like that. There is what looks like the number 173 on the bottom. Can anyone help me on identification or age.

Sorry I can't help at all MrsT except to say I love the naive painting on it.
The impressed numbers seem Western Europe to me, just a guess.
RAcer, thanks-I too was guessing European, now if I could narrow down the age :)
