this device has same size "sockets" (just 2 pieces of a tube cut 1" long and almost 1" wide. The sockets inside have no top, bottom, grooves, nothing.
Each piece of tube is welded on each end of a 1/4 " rod that's bent around 2" down on rod.
The center looks like typical screwdriver handle with holes drilled on each end to insert 4" rods with sockets welded on each end. The 2 rods meet in the middle of the handle.
    Length is about 11"
Handle in middle says " No Patent"
But looks like it attaches to something both ends and you would use the center to maybe tighten?

THANKS FOR ANY OF YOUR IDEAS!!

First thing that comes to mind, is a cheater bar, that slides over a ratchet or breaker bar for more leverage, but just my first guess.

Kinda like this, but for a round tool like a breaker bar or ratchet.......
