The Red Dog Saloon has been mentioned here in articles a couple times but it is not the only frontier era saloon in Virginia City. A block up C Street from the Red Dog is the Bucket Of Blood Saloon, an Old West style establishment that has been slinging grog since the 1870s.
These 7-ounce tumblers are unidentified by maker but are very much like ghoulish "swanky swigs". There are two styles that I am aware of - this one, and one with the miner kneeling with a gold pan in his hands. They probably date from the 1950s-60s.
