This pair of Victorian Palm Tree vases are made from two layers of cased glass - clear yellow - green over a white interior. The glass contains uranium & glows brightly under UV light. The measure around 17 cm tall, & 9 cm - 10 cm across the bases. Most likely made by John Walsh Walsh.

Hi, I think I may hove found one of these in a house clearance but missing the base. I’m new to this site, is there a way I can post a picture. Maybe you could take a look and see what you think?
Your help would be appreciated! Thank you

Hi AmyRobertson121, it's easy to post here, & since you've created an account, you're ready to go. Just click on the box that says "Add you item here" at the top of the Show & Tell page. You can also access it from your profile page.
As to one of these missing the base, I'm not sure if it would have any value. I also can't quite imagine how it could be displayed if it didn't stand up? Maybe you have something different to this. Interested to see a photo...
