We found this gorgeous desk for under $25. I have no idea when or where it was made, or by whom. All the gold details are intact. The wood is a little beaten up around corners, edges, but the top is in great condition. I haven't found any markings, stamps, or engraved maker's marks anywhere. You guys and gals are much more experienced than I am. Does anyone know when, where or by whom it was made? I have no idea what it's even worth. Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge with me.

      Very showy!

I don't see a lot of age-- looks to be late 20th century.

Thanks Scott. I now have found markings on the backs of each drawer. Each drawer has the same series of letters/numbers with the last 2 digits changing on each drawer:
      N-21-13/7-wax-DW-11
      N-21-13/7-wax-DW-12
      N-21-13/7-wax-DW-13
      N-21-13/7-wax-DW-14
      N-21-13/7-wax-DW-15
Does these markings lend any more clues?
