Best Plastics Corp. Factory Built Model Cars

I found these two Best Plastics Corp. Brooklyn New York Factory assembled Model Kits. I was told they may be Store Display items. Does anyone know if these kits were sold as built kits or not. I know they were sold in kit form under the name "Best Hobby Kit" then later By Aurora Plastics when they acquired the Molds.
