Is it Murano glass?

14.5 x 10.75" blown glass Left in a house that was sold when the lady who owned it went to a nursing home. I appreciate any help.

First, is it Murano glass? Second, the first pic is of a small crack at the base of the neck (inside the glass; doesn't go all the way through, and which can't be seen from the top). Does that completely ruin the value?
