    This is steel or cast iron it weighs 3-1/4 pounds and is 20-1/2 inches long
    the head swivels and looks like a tire changing tool to me but it seems to swivel the wrong direction for that. It has markings on the handle looks like a
    W37904 and one on the head m with a line under it then over a little

      yes the pic. you sent is the same. the seller seems to think its a tire changing tool too.

      Thanks for all your help, that wire stretcher looks identical.
      It doesn't say excelsior on it but I'm going to set it by my 5x8
      excelsior printer just for fun. After I do some fencing.
