Unknown Military Pins

Would appreciate any help on identifying what this pin is affiliated with. It was in with my Dad's other military pins and patches. It says A H Dondero on the back and the dark color is green. He served in the Army's 5th Armored Division in the mid 1950's and was stationed in Germany for a year.
