    I've never seen these before. i purchased them at the Alameda Flea Mkt yesterday. I love the colors and it's a really interesting design. I assume they are mcm, but could be older - maybe 1920s or 30s? what do you think?

      These are from Mexico with the ORANGE backing on them. They are Mexico version ( copy ) of the collectible Canadian SEETUSEE Mayfair Glass items that were popular in the 1960's / 1970's era. Yours is still vintage....just a copycat from Mexico of The Canadian Seetusee pieces. All Mexico pieces have an orange backing on them, while Original Seetusee have a Gold backing. As with Canadian Seetusee pieces -- I assume the Mexician ones are also made from a Pigs Skin backing. You can see more info on my posts.
