    The problem with military helmets they tend to be heavy! Dont know too much about Yugoslavian helmets apart the wearer left his name in the strapping.

    Doha...I wonder if he was happy in his helmet?. The Helmet has the strapping internal which I've read is a copy of an Amercian M1 Riddle suspension system.

    Has a stuck on raised badge, Blue, White and red with a JA or JH or similar in the centre.

      It looks like an M59 helmet of the JNA, Yugoslavian National Army. In the early days of the Homeland War, all sides wore the same helmets with the red star on the front. The only way to tell who was friend or foe was to place a sticker over the star. I have a few Croatian helmets, in both the M59 & M85 version.
