Apparently part of a Covington, KY VW dealership promotion. According the original seller, he had to buy a new 1972 VW sedan and they gave you a 13" blue and white (VW logo colors) plastic popcorn peace symbol. Oooouuuuu... This comes with the original price sticker, where the sticker price for your new '72 VW was $2387, and nobody paid sticker price... I am not sure if this was national promotion or just local as I have seen these blue & white popcorn peace symbols before but never knew the VW connection.
