Blue and White Vase with Lady profile and Lily's of the Valley Maker??

Found this vase the other day. Approx. 8 inches tall. Thought at first it may be just a cheap massed produce - still think that really - piece of ceramics, but it has some worn gold leafing around some of the markings and the mark on bottom is interesting. I know there's a million faked crossed swords marks but was wondering if anyone new any information on it. Just curious. THANKS!
