Red Tango with applications

I love these red tango pieces, possibly my favorite trio.
Although they were all purchased as Czech pieces I believe only two are Czech. The third I believe is Italian. The piece in question (your opinion appreciated) is the footed piece with the applied band at the shoulder.
The reason I believe it to be Italian is the applied band around the foot and the thin gauge of the glass and the white interior. Also the clear stem between the foot and the body and the color is a bit more orange then most other red Czech tango... I am no expert on this, my conclusion is just a hunch.
