Hi,I recently was shopping at my local thrift store and came across this Maple side table I believe it to be early 1800s possibly Federal late 1700s not sure? I've taken pictures of the drawer dovetail as well as the bottom Of this side table there is a square nail coming loose on the bottom of the drawer when I googled square nail it's looks to be a late 1700's nail But I think the way the dovetail was made it to be early 1800s as opposed to late 1700s i'm also not positive this is maple I also believe the drawer pull to be a nice brass replacement as it originally possibly had a solid maple drawer pull I could not pass up this beautiful table as it was only $5.00 I would like to know any information anyone may have about this table. Thanks for viewing /reading.
Looks to be mid 19th century, one drawer stand.
The drawer pull may be a replacement-- looks like a circular mark from a larger pull. Take a look at the drawer pull area from the back side-- it may show clues.
These are not popular now-- some great bargains out there!
