I picked up a Victorian era shadow box frame which has this medal and a bronze profile figure of the “Duke of Wellington” and I would like to know if the medal is authentic.

What is this badge? Is it an authentic military badge or just a display item?
It shows 2 Eng. fields plus an Irish & Scots field. Meaning ? I don't know.
It's the current Royal coat of Arms of UK. Since mid 1800's. Don't know if that particular design with the surrounding stars as opposed to the motto that's normally there signifies anything special or if it's just an emblem. What does the back look like, seems to be a pin there? https://www.dreamstime.com/stock-photo-british-royal-coat-arms-united-kingdom-featuring-lion-unicorn-image47139310
Thanks for the information guys and yes you are correct OlofZ about the UK Royal coat of Arms. I looked up the history of the current coat of arms and it says that it’s current form began in 1837 and has not changed since. But it did note that the current form has a plain harp for Ireland and the earlier form had a winged lady harp which this badge has so I do not know what year that puts this badge. And yes I can see a pin but I have not tried to remove it from the frame backing as of yet.
