3-D Housum Rail with Arched Barbs. To clairify the Housum patent issue, Patent #204734 is for the tool to insert the barbs; Patent #204735 is for the idea of applying the barbs to a wood rail; Patent #204736 (listed in Hagemeier) is for a tool to tag animals. Clifton illustrates two different types of bending styles, bent (#961 page 339) and arched (#962 page 340). I'm not sure how this happens with a single patented tool. I am looking for a 4-D to make the comparison. Any help would be appreciated.
