White punch bowl with interesting design

I purchased this along with ten punch cups at a estate sale a year ago and being that it's Thanksgiving and the first time I will be using it I need to know what to call this when people ask. I don't think it's milk glass because it's not shiney, it's more flat or chalky looking, it's just inserting and that's why I bought it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
