Little Wooden Doll

This was sitting in amongst a countless pile of junk in a junk shop. What drew me to her was her tiny, sweet little face and how well she seems to be painted. I don't know what she is or what she was used for, except maybe a bottle top or something? She also seems to be wearing some European folk dress or something that reminds me of maybe Poland, Romania or Bulgaria? Probably a souvenir from those countries but still....that little face!
