This is a little pretender as it apes two styles we know well - cameo glass and acid etching. It is a clear ground with soft frit and either a light amethyst layer or staining with gold iridescence. The moulded “cameo” flowers have been silver enamelled.
It is tiny and reminds me of Goldberg but another more knowledgeable member might know more!
