It's hard to go to Coit Tower and not post pictures of the views. In a classically San Francisco way, in the middle of August it was foggy and cold today. Mark Twain had a point when he said, "The Coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco."
Anyways, the views weren't ideal today, so if you have been there and have better pictures, please do post them. The first picture is the Bay Bridge, which goes to Oakland. The second is Alcatraz, which needs no explanation. The third is the fogged-in Golden Gate Bridge, which goes to Marin County. Coit Tower is wonderfully located that you can see all of that from its top.
