Fox hunting lamp?

I recently found this cleaning out a neighbors garage and they do not remember having it and have no more information on it. They kindly asked if I could help research it for them. It seems to picture fox hunting on a lamp base styled like a trophy. Any information or suggestions on where to find more information would be greatly appreciated!
