Round metal table with wooden legs

We recently acquired this at an auction in Bremen, GA. It is a round metal table with wooden legs. I think the table is iron or steel since it has some rust. I think the legs are made of teak but unsure. The table is about coffee table height and probably over 4' in diameter. It has a symbol on the bottom with the words "Czer??Y & Co" on it. The stamp also has a star and fingernail moon surrounded by 4 keys and then by a shield. Any idea of the age or designer?
