Catholic Wood Rosary Bracelet with Colorful Religious Icons & Beads - Shiny Mahogany Wood, that is all I know about this bracelet. They sell new ones just like it online but this bracelet is not new, I got it with a bunch of old things that dated anywhere from the beginning of the 1900's to 1960's. It is a bit stretched out and a little dry rotted in some spots on the string with Mahogany wooden squares with Catholic Religious Icons on it and 2 little round wood beads inbetween the squares. I don't know how old it is but I do know that it is old.
I have two of these both bracelets , one has pictures of Indians and the other is kittens I will post them so you can see thank you for sharing this
T have a belt with 8 wooden forms with hand painted Mexican folk types doing different things strung with very old leather thong connections thru drilled holes.Yrimmed on the thong tie ends with colorful wooden beads. c. 1930s. I have it on an auction site now--it is 50 inches long==All hand painted folk art of Mexicans with adobe houses, burros, sarapes, having siestas, working on pottery, etc. If I show it to you CW will take it off because I have it on auction right now.I say your piece is very like mine and I know mine is latest==1940s
