Catherine Mayhew Vintage Purse

Picked this lovely little purse up in a thrift store in South Florida. It's by a designer called Catherine Mayhew. The fabric is almost a micro-fiber or micro-suede. The strap is corded. I can't find any info. There's one similar purse on one of the sites for sale, but no others. It's such a dainty little purse, Not sure if it's vintage or not. It caught my eye and I wanted it for my collection. It's in very good condition. Any info would be helpful. Thank you!
