Frame is plastic and painted flat brown. Backing is some type of wood panel. Can’t find any info on it.

So what would any of you folks do if you had this type of sign and needed to get a rough value and proper marketplace. I can’t find a comparison anywhere. I’m not a collector so I thought if it is special in some way it should go to someone that is.
