    These metal rods have heavy weighted ends. The screw in the middle is adjustable and is printed with different numbers on each side. ie: the large one says 38 and 40. I am assuming that is the number of grams each side weighs, but cannot find any info on this thing. Thanks!

    Rods are ~ 10" long.

      haha, thanks! I am in the medical field, so I think it is kinda cool. Glad to have solved the mystery over all these years. Nobody has ever been able to tell me what they were. All I can say is "40" is WAY bigger than any urethra I have ever seen, ouch for sure!
