    Unknown the way this Vintage Dress was created as far as the design on the material. looks to have been Painted on, maybe Stenciled??? The only markings besides the Union Label is on the belt. Looks like Avon too me??? anyone know about this style or Company ??? Thanks in advance.

      Possibly screen printed, particularly if this was a small scale designer. Even the stenciled name on the belt looks very hand done. It's interesting that it has a union label in it; that makes me also think this was a small maker.
