I found this at a Tucson thrift store, the employee was wheeling it out on a cart from the backroom and I grabbed it. I have searched for another like it, and cannot find any fiberglass vases online anywhere. Any information about the mushroom motif, the vase itself and it's origins is most appreciated!
No cracks, about 21" high x 14" at the widest, and 4/5 " deep.
Nothing written on it anywhere that I can see.

I think it's a japanese fan design. Very similar to the designs by Florence Broadhurst who was a well known Australian designer from the 60's & 70's.
