Found this in with a bunch of other pins I can't identify, measures 3 inches long and is a pin back. No marks on back. Does anybody know what country and what it is?

Never seen that insignia before MacD. Behind the hammers on this one, it has what kind of resembles radio rating. I know !! Miners Luftwaffe's radio operator ! LOL ! Does it look like something, like a swastika was broken from the claws ?
No, nothing broke on the claws. I have a bag full of pins from the same sale and I have no idea what country they are from. I will post some of the other ones later, maybe one of them may solve the puzzle

The crossed hammer and pick are mining tools. That configuration is commonly used to indicate some mining operation. I'm not sure what military reference it would have, but that's what it appears to do.
The use of the eagle with the crossed hammer and pick (sometimes called a chisel) generally represent fascism, so that would identify with Nazi Germany. I've not seen any similar to this one, but I have seen the same combination in a different configuration.
Probably some division of mining under the Tolt Organization .
