Does anyone know anything about this or whether it's rare? There is no date on this but it's attached to another page. The songs Bingo, vive l'amour, and crow song are on backside of star spangled banner page and another page that are attached. There is a date of 1915 on on song. It's pretty neat. I believe it's a 1918 publication. I know they would have played this at baseball games after it became popular after 7th inning of world series where Fred Thomas saluted the flag. He was on furlough. From navy and the crowd chimed in when it was played. The world war II had ended and people felt great patriotism.. Have Amy Titus worthington autograph...she wasn't well known but her father was. Her father was tasked with defending the man that killed President mcKinley. Amy is considered a daughter of the revolution. Her father was in the civil war.
