The painting is signed "Gragonary" or "Fragondry" or some other variation. I am certain of the "ragon" part. The name is under the edge of the lady's skirt. On the reverse is "1150"at the top and lower it has a mark I have not been able to find: I am not sure it is an "n" as there does not appear to be a riser. There is something above the n, possibly a scratch, or 3 or 4 letters (very tiny and even with a magnifyer I can't make it out). The line under the n may be representative of a scroll, with ends turned up. The clasp is a safety clasp, with rotating pin holder. The outside edge of the "gold filagree" has been painted white - enamel?
Any help is appreciated as I would love to know the history of this: maker, artist, approximate age/era.
