I bought this pocket in 1992 at the City Wide Garage Sale in Austin TX. I liked the cover design and that it was small. I wore with an 1890's Victorian Day Walking Dress during Victorian re-enactments. The watch works. In a twenty four period it ran fast by 4 minutes. The only markings are inside the case: N36118 and Arnold Billon and under the key set hole LOCLE. The movement plate has no markings. I haven't attempted to remove the dial plate to check for any markings there. As vast as the internet is, I'm unable to find any information on the name Arnold Billon. I've connected Locle to "Le Locle", a municipality in Le Locle District in the Canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland in the Jura Mountains. I read where this is the region where most Swiss watch parts were made by individuals specializing in manufacturing a specific part. The parts then would be assembled into the "watch". So it's probably not an American made watch but maybe Swiss? But who or what is Arnold Billon? If anybody can share any information I would greatly appreciate. Thank you.
